Production & Shipping Information

Many Giftarica products are personalized or made to order. Because of this, your order goes through two separate stages before delivery: Production and Shipping.

1. Production Time

After your order is placed, please allow:

2–5 business days

for your item to be produced and prepared for shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

2. Shipping & Transit Times

Once production is complete and your order has been shipped, estimated transit times are:

United States
Shipping: 6–8 business days
Estimated total delivery: 8–13 business days

Canada
Shipping: 7–12 business days
Estimated total delivery: 9–17 business days

International
Shipping: 10–21 business days
Estimated total delivery: 12–26 business days

Total delivery estimates include both production and transit time.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value.

United States: Free shipping on qualifying orders over $100 USD

Canada: Free shipping on qualifying orders over $135 CAD

For other destinations, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has completed production and has been shipped.

Tracking may take some time to update after the carrier first receives the shipment.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains different product types, items may occasionally be produced or shipped separately.

This means you may receive more than one package for the same order.

Because personalized orders may enter production quickly, address changes may not be possible once production or shipping has begun.

International Orders

When should I expect my order?

Your estimated delivery time includes both production and shipping.

For example, a U.S. order requires approximately 2–5 business days for production followed by 6–8 business days in transit, giving an estimated total delivery timeframe of 8–13 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation or modification requests should be submitted within 2 hours of placing your order.

Contact support@giftarica.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

Requests received after the 2-hour window may no longer be possible if production has already started.

2. Enter Your Custom Details

Locate the Personalization Box (or "Add a note to your order" in the cart) and provide all the requested customization details for your order. The required information varies by product, so please follow the personalization instructions shown on the product page. Double-check your details before placing your order to ensure everything is correct.

3. Review & Double-Check

Please ensure all spelling and dates are correct. Since these items are custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns due to typos provided at the time of order.

Returns & Refunds

Because many Giftarica products are personalized or made to order, return eligibility depends on the reason for the request.

1. 30-Day Return & Refund Period

Eligible return or refund requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

Please include your order number and details of the issue.

2. Personalized & Made-to-Order Products

Personalized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange because of:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Spelling or personalization errors submitted by the customer
• Incorrect colour, font, or design option selected during ordering

Please review all personalization details carefully before completing your purchase.

Where a digital preview or proof is provided, please check the information carefully before approving it.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• You receive an incorrect item
• The finished personalization differs from the information you correctly submitted
