We take pride in creating custom pieces just for you. Because our products are made-to-order and personalized, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. All Sales are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer error (such as spelling mistakes or choosing the wrong color/font).
2. Order Accuracy
Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order. We produce items exactly as they are entered in the order form.

Check Spelling: We are not responsible for typos provided by the customer.

Review Previews: If a digital proof was provided and approved, the final product will match that proof.
3. Damages and Issues (Exceptions)
We want you to love your custom item! We will only offer a replacement or refund if:

The item arrived damaged during transit.

There is a manufacturing defect.

We made a mistake that differs from your original order (e.g., we misspelled a name that you spelled correctly).
How to report an issue: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at manikab8701@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. You must include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the error.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase. Once the production process has begun, we can no longer cancel or refund the order.
