Sometimes carriers delay updates in tracking information. Your order is still on the way and updates should resume soon.
+ Why was my order shipped separately?
Items may be produced in different facilities depending on product type, so they may arrive in separate shipments.
+ My order shows delivered but I didn’t receive it
Please check your mailbox, neighbors, or local courier office. If still missing, contact us so we can investigate.
+ How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
+ I’m not from the US. Can I order?
Yes! We ship worldwide so customers from any country can place an order.
+ My tracking shows my order was returned
If your order was returned, please contact us immediately so we can check the issue and arrange a reshipment if needed.
+ How do I modify my order?
In case you want to modify or cancel your order, you must contact us within 2 hours since your purchase. After this timeframe, your order may already be in production and changes may no longer be possible.
+ How do I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours after purchase. Once production starts, cancellation is no longer possible.
+ What if I received a damaged or defective item?
Please contact us with photos of the issue. We will review it and provide a replacement or solution.
+ I received someone else’s order
We’re sorry about that. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue and send the correct item.
+ I am missing items from my order
Some items may ship separately. If something is still missing after delivery is complete, contact us for assistance.
+ How do I place an order?
Select your product, add personalization if needed, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will resend your confirmation.

We accept major international payment methods and automatically process payments in your local currency when available.
+ Will my card information be safe?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure encrypted gateways. We do not store your card details.
+ Why was I charged twice?
Double charges may occur due to authorization holds or payment processing errors. If this happens, contact us and we will resolve it.
+ My card was declined. What was the reason?
Cards may be declined due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, or bank restrictions. Please contact your bank or try another payment method.
