Shipping and Delivery

Thank you for choosing Giftarica. Each of our products is made-to-order and fulfilled through trusted third-party production partners. Because of this, our processing and shipping times may be longer than standard retail products and may vary depending on the item.


1. Processing & Production Time

All items are custom-made after an order is placed.

  • Standard Processing: 2–5 business days
  • Peak Season (Holidays, Sales, High Volume): 5–7 business days

Processing time refers to the time needed to print, prepare, and package your order before shipment. It does not include shipping time.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, production partner, and destination. Each product listing will show its specific estimated delivery timeframe at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the specific product, fulfillment location, customs processing, and courier delays.

We work with multiple print-on-demand fulfillment partners such as Printify, Gelato, and JetPrint, which means delivery times may differ depending on the production facility used for your selected item.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier’s system.


4. Shipping Locations

We ship internationally to most countries. However, availability may vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.


5. Incorrect Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at [Insert Email Address].

Once an order enters production or has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.


6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue with our fulfillment partner and, if approved, issue a replacement or reprint.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no updates or the order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If confirmed lost, a replacement or reprint will be provided.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Giftarica is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


8. Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak season volume. These delays are outside our control, but we will always assist you in resolving any shipping concerns.
